Alice Foster Viney

Alice passed away at home on Tuesday, April 14 2020 surrounded by family at the age of 85. Alice was born December 14, 1934 to Arthur J. and Evelyn (Benedict) Foster in River Falls. Alice called River Falls her home as it was where she grew up and raised her family.

She worked in the library and as a paraprofessional at Greenwood Elementary for many years, a job she truly loved.

She is survived by her children: Lesa (Mike) Foley, Webster, WI; Brad (Laurie) Viney, Chetek, WI; Melanie (John) Tevik, Hudson, WI; as well as her grandchildren: Allison (Keith Peterson) Kusilek, Eric (Mandy) Kusilek; BJ (Renee) Kusilek, Ashley (Josh Briles) Schorn and Michael (Desirae Beyer) Schorn and great grandchildren: Zoey, Isaac, Gracie and Gus Kusilek. She is also survived by her brother Bob (Karen) Foster of Las Cruces, NM and nieces and nephews.

Alice is preceded in death by her beloved grandsons Brandon and Ryan Viney and her sister Ruth Foster Davis and brother Walter Foster.

The family would like to extend its sincerest gratitude to St. Croix Hospice for their care of Alice; and special thanks to Tina, she was amazing.
