Zachary Zajec

Zachary died August 6, 2012 at Regions Hospital in Saint Paul. He was born Feb.11, 1995. Zach is survived by his parents, Melissa Zajec (J.R. VanWey), & Douglas (Jessica) Taylor; sisters, Shayla VanWey, Hilliary Alt, Journee & Angel Taylor; brother, Andrew Taylor; grandparents, Mike & Linda Zajec, Elynda VanWey, Gaylord VanWey Sr., & Carol Taylor. Zach is preceded in death by his great grandparents. Zach loved the outdoors and playing soccer. He was also an active member in the Boy Scouts. He also had a passion for mechanics and was preparing for mechanical courses at WITC in the fall. Zach loved kids and had a joyful spirit. He will be greatly missed by family, friends, and the community. Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8, at the CULLEN CREA FUNERAL HOME, New Richmond and also one hour prior to the service at CHURCH. Mass of Christian Burial 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 9 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in New Richmond.
