Terry Miller passed away peacefully at his home on Monday January 13, 2025. He was born to Lee and Lois Miller on August 16, 1956 in New Richmond, WI. After graduating high school he joined the Army. Terry was stationed at Fort Campell Kentucky and spent 3 months in Germany for training. When he got out of the service, he met and married the love of his life Linda Thompson.
Terry and Linda married on February 14, 1981. Together they raised two kids Adam and Shelley. Terry enjoyed watching tractor pulls, hanging out with family and watching his grandkids grow. He was a true John Deere fan and was excited to purchase the John Deere his grandfather used on his farm. Terry worked hard on restoring the tractor and getting it looking like new. He even took it to a few tractor pulls. Terry enjoyed playing tractors and reading books with his grandkids. They looked forward to coming to his house and playing with the toys he had.
He was active with Hunter Education for many years. He worked alongside the teachers of Hunter Education, helping the students learn to shoot and to help in any area as needed. He wanted the future hunters to be as safe as possible. Terry enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially deer hunting. He only missed a couple of seasons since he was old enough to hunt.
Terry was involved with New Richmond FFA Alumni for many years. He helped with many of their tractor pulls that were held twice a year.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife Linda, two kids Adam (Rika), Shelley (Chad Peterson). Three grand kids Lindsey, Nicole and Hank Peterson. His brothers Bruce Miller and David (Becky) Miller, his sister Anne (Paul) Wilbur. Brother-in-law Roger (Gay) Thompson. Sister-in-law Judy (Roger) Moore. As well as many nieces and nephews.

My deepest Sympathy to the Miller family. I have wonderful memories on the Northside. Playing with “The Miller” kids. Jenny Rubow and I had a lot of fun. I’m sorry to hear of Terry’s passing. He was always very nice. I’m sure “Gracie” is watching over him. Blessings.
