Rosie A. Rud, age 91, peacefully passed away on Monday, March 23, 2026.
Rosie is preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Eva; son, Dennis; brother, Ed (Sonny); sisters, Betty, Vi, Marlene and Gladys.
She is survived by her brother, Bud; along with many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life for Rosie is planned for Thursday, April 23, 2026 from 4:00 – 6:30PM at Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services (728 S Knowles Ave) New Richmond, Wisconsin. Interment will be Friday, April 24, 2026 at Peace Lutheran Cemetery in Baldwin, Wisconsin.

I had the pleasure of meeting Rosie @ Parkview when she visited her sister. I rode the school bus with Dennis and learned I was named after Rosie’s mother . Condolences to her family.
