Robert died peacefully surrounded by his loving family on October 8, 2014. Bob will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Dee of 49 years. Son, Erik (Lisa Koeller); daughter, Amy (Steve) Sampson; grandchildren, Tyler, Keely and Lisa’s son, Sam; also relatives and countless lifelong friends. Bob was a Korean War Veteran and worked at Northern Malleable Iron Company for 38 years as a pattern maker retiring in 1994. In his retirement years, he enjoyed hunting, winters in Pompano Beach FL and summers at the family cabin in Siren, WI. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, pontooning, bonfires, meat raffles, fireworks, gardening and driving his golf cart. A private service has already occurred honoring Bob’s wishes. A celebration of life is being planned for the end of October and details will be shared when finalized.
