Robert E. Martell of Somerset, Wisconsin, passed away on Thursday, May 21, 2015, at the age of 86. He was born on May 20, 1929, to John O. and Margaret (Parent) Martell. Bob was the youngest of 14 children. Bob was a long time member of the 49er’s union. He also enjoyed working on his Top Side Acres farm. He loved hunting, keno, morning coffee, The Valley friends, and family reunions. Bob is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years Lois (Stoner); children, Dan (Sue) Martell, Mark (Aleta) Martell, Cynthia (Joe) Sivinski and Darryl Martell; 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; niece, Paula Brandt; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his daughters, Gail Martell and Kim Martell; parents and siblings. The family would like to thank Allina Hospice for the kindness and care they gave our family. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1 PM on Wednesday May 27, 2015 at ST. ANNE’S CATHOLIC CHURCH in Somerset, Wisconsin. Visitation will begin at 11:30 AM at the CHURCH. Interment at St. Anne’s Cemetery.
