With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Patricia Ann Wolff (Jarrett), age 63, who left us unexpectedly on June 10, 2025. A cherished mother, grandmother, friend and colleague, Trish loved her family fiercely and enjoyed spending time outdoors.

Trish was born on May 1, 1962, in Bismarck, North Dakota, to Lyle Charles Jarrett and Beverly Helene Jarrett (Jardine). She graduated from Century High in 1980. While there, she played the saxophone in band, proudly marching in the Rose Bowl parade in California. She went on to graduate with an Associate of Arts degree from Bismarck Junior College in 1982. During that time, she met James Roy Wolff at a Halloween party, and they married on June 19, 1982. They were blessed with four children: daughters Nicole and Casey, and twin sons, Zachary and Caleb. They moved to the Twin Cities area in the spring of 1985.

James worked in construction while Trish spent time raising the kids until their separation in 1993. Trish made her way to Wisconsin and finally settled in New Richmond, where she was a member of the community for the past thirty years. As a member of the Lutheran Church, she helped teach confirmation classes. She was always fixing things around her house and garden, leading her son Zach to always say she was “more of a man than most men.” Trish was incredibly thoughtful and always put others before herself, with a kind, generous heart and an assertive personality – she would always hold your hand as she kicked your butt.

Trish would say the thing she loved best was being a grandma and getting to spoil her grandkids. She was always excited to support them and cheer them on at all their events. Her favorite moments were weekends spent with her grandchildren. She always told them, “When you look at the moon, know that I’m looking at the moon too.”

She found her professional passion helping children with autism when she became a member of Behavioral Dimensions in 2001. Starting in a field position, working directly with the children, she went on to become the Director of Staff Development. Trish always spoke proudly about her career. The people and families she worked with impacted her as much as she did them. Her loss will be felt by all.

Trish is preceded in death by her grandparents, Rudolph and Ruby Jardine; her parents, Lyle and Beverly Jarrett; her brothers, Duane Jarrett, Dennis Jarrett, and Gregory Jarrett; and her son, Caleb Wolff. She will be dearly missed by her children: Nicole (Kyle) Czekalski, Casey Anderson, and Zachary (Lindsee) Wolff; her five grandchildren: Delilah Anderson, Gunnar Czekalski, Gavin Czekalski, Wynter Wolff, and Wylder Wolff; along with many nieces, nephews and friends.

Rest peacefully, G’ma Ish. You will always be loved, missed and remembered. You are truly one in a million!

A casual ceremony is planned at Fairview Cemetery in Bismarck, North Dakota, on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. A Celebration of Life will be planned near New Richmond, Wisconsin, at a later date.
