Montana “Monty” James Brandt age 19 of New Richmond, Wisconsin died on Monday February 29, 2016 as a result of an automobile accident. He was born on November 7, 1996 in River Falls, Wisconsin. Montana loved helping other people and hanging out with his friends. His hobbies included working on his truck, fishing, hunting, camping and just being outside. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Mike Meacham and Jerome Brandt; and his uncle James Opdahl. He is survived by his loving mother, Julie Matanga; father, Kevin Brandt; brothers, Liam and Zach; grandmothers, Sharon Meacham and Angeline Brandt; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends. There will be a visitation from 4-6 PM on Thursday March 3, 2016 at the Cullen Crea Funeral Home in New Richmond, Wisconsin followed by a funeral service at 7:00 PM. Memorials preferred to the family.
