Marlys J. Sampson passed away March 16, 2026, at Comforts of Home in Baldwin, Wisconsin, at the age of 89.

Marlys is preceded in death by husbands, Walter Stribling and Jack Sampson; her parents, Harold and Fern Boogren; and her brother, James Boogren.

Marlys is survived by her daughter, Valerie (Rick) Stone; three grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren; sisters, Beverly Sybas and Cindy (Roger) Frye; along with many nieces and nephews.

A private burial will take place at Greenwood Cemetery at a later date.
