Margaret Mulvaney

Margaret M. Mulvaney, age 102, passed away on August 22, 2019 surrounded by loving family. She was born on June 15, 1917 to Nora and John O’Rourke in New York, New York. She married the love of her life James Mulvaney Jr. June 15, 1946 and was married for 49 wonderful years.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents John and Nora O’Rourke; and beloved husband, James Mulvaney Jr. She is survived by her children, Patricia (Robert) Morriss, Jeane (William) Dwyer, and Theresa (David) Scheder; grandchildren Noreen (David) Rothman, Kevin (Jeanne) Winters Morriss, Kerry (David) Wheeler, Patrick (Erin) Dwyer, Timothy (Sibley) Dwyer, Meghan Dwyer, Laura Compton, Elizabeth (Brian) Volkert, and Andrea Scheder; greatgrandchildren Hannah, Caroline, and Andrew Rothman, Julia and Sarah Morriss, Emma, Ryan, and Nora Dwyer, Hadley and Molly Dwyer, Kendra, Kori, and Kristina Compton, James, Luke, and Emma Volkert.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday August 26, 2019 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in New Richmond, WI. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to Mass at the church. Interment will take place at 11:00 AM on Tuesday August 27, 2019 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN assembly area #4.
