Caflischs were lovely neighbors on Roosevelt Court. Tom and Judie had large personalities and always took time for a chat. Tim will be happy to see Judie.

I’m pretty sure I inherited my passion for dogs from Judie. I don’t believe in coincidences, so when I received the text from Jodie that Judie had crossed the ‘Rainbow Bridge’ into Christ’s arms, to be joyfully greeted by Tom and mobbed by all the pups she’d loved, at the exact moment I was placing Sheldon, my 5th blind rescue, into my truck for his ride to his forever home, I could only believe it was a timely, confirmation message from Judie that I was doing the right thing. Maybe it’s just a story, but I’m pretty sure it would make Judie smile.
You were more than a cousin, the sister I never had. I love you so much and will miss you terribly. I am so happy for you that you’re home. And I’m so grateful to have your wonderful kids in my life. They are such a gift.
