Joseph Mark Stephens age 53 of New Richmond, Wi. died peacefully after a short illness on Tuesday August 19, 2014 at the Deerfield Gables. He was born on January 24, 1961 in New Richmond, Wi. to Thomas & Margaret (Moore) Stephens. Joe was a Packers fan and was known around town for his friendliness and big heart. He was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Stephens; grandparents, John & Anna Stephens, Irvin & Mary Moore; infant nephews, Troy, Jacob and Elijah. Joseph is survived by his parents, Thomas & Margaret Stephens; siblings, Thomas (Chery) Stephens, Ted (Gretchen) Stephens, Diane (Joe) Jamieson, and Dave (Karen) Stephens; several nieces, nephews and special friend Michelle. Mass of Christian Burial 11 a.m. Saturday August 23, 2014 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in New Richmond, Wi. Visitation 5-7 p.m. Friday August 22, 2014 at the Cullen Crea Funeral Home in New Richmond, WI. And also one hour prior to the Mass at the Church. Interment Immaculate Conception Cemetery in New Richmond, Wi.
