Joseph Nelson

Joseph Anton Nelson, age 54, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Branson, Missouri. He was born on March 6, 1969, to Richard and Janet (Bergman) Nelson in New Richmond, Wisconsin. Joseph graduated from New Richmond High School and went on to get a degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin Madison in 1992. He enjoyed baseball, football and spending time with family and friends.

Joseph was preceded in death by his Grandparents. He is survived by his loving parents, Richard and Janet Nelson; sister, Charlotte Galvin; brother-in-law, Jim Galvin; and his niece, Rosemary. Also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral will be held at 11 AM on Saturday May 11, 2024 at First Lutheran Church in New Richmond, Wisconsin. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to Funeral at the Church.
