John “Jack” Melstrom, age 76, of Somerset, Wisconsin passed away on March 12, 2016 at the Golden Living Center Greeley in Stillwater, Minnesota. John was born February 25, 1940 to Myron and Lucille (Junker) Melstrom in Stillwater, Minnesota He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Patt Johnson; and grandson, Thomas John Crosson. John is survived by his beloved wife, Barbara (nee’ Rice) Melstrom; children, Kim (Bob Krall) Crosson, Kelli (Ed Sampair) Calleja, John “Jake” (Stephanie) Melstrom, Jim (Karen) Melstrom, Jeff (Janine Albertson) Melstrom; many grandchildren; great grandchildren; and sister, Paulette (Bruce) Beedle. Funeral service will be held at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Somerset, WI on Thursday March 17, 2016 at 11 AM with a visitation starting at 9:30 AM.
