Jo Ann Bour

Jo Ann M. (Leithauser) Bour, age 88, died peacefully on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Deerfield Gables, New Richmond, WI. Jo Ann was preceded in death by her beloved husband Robert “Bob” Bour, who together enjoyed 62 years celebrating life, family, and friends.  Jo Ann was born February 1, 1933 in St. Paul, MN, to parents Edward and Ruth Leithauser. Jo Ann will be remembered for her love of life and family, optimistic spirit, quick wit, and ready laughter. Jo Ann is survived by her two daughters Tia (Tom) Clark and Mary Jo (Tom Moch) Bour; four granddaughters Katie (Adam) Haugerud, Jamie (Tom) Nelson, Ashley (Andrew) Emig, and Dana (Brandon) Kasper; and four great grandchildren Taylor and Jakob Nelson, Adelyn and Robert Emig; and sisters Carol (Arnold) Dahlin, and Margaret (David) Schultz. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Edward Leithauser, and sister Doris Nilva. A small memorial service for immediate family will be held at Cullen Crea Funeral Home in New Richmond, WI followed by interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
