Jacquelyn Smith, also known as Jack-Jack, Jackie, Jackson, or Jack, our beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend passed away on March 11, 2022. She was born on August 23, 1988, in Stillwater, Minnesota. Jackie grew up to be a kindhearted girl with a laugh that could warm your soul. She adored all animals especially her cherished cats, Juda and Theo. Jackie had a passion for music and live concerts; she definitely danced to the beat of her own drum.
She enjoyed movies and was known to quote lines from her favorite flicks on a daily basis to the delight of others. Jackie worked for more than 15+ years in the service industry and would do anything to make people happy. Her sweet, calm and quiet voice will never be erased from our memories. She will be dearly missed from here on out, every day and forever. There is a hole in our hearts that will never be healed.
Jackie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Kenneth “Kenny” Smith, and Wayne & Idell (Weeks) Thompson. She is survived by her parents, Barry & Debbie (Thompson) Smith; siblings, Jamie Smith, Dyana (Russell) Mork, Krissy (Ben) Speich; grandma, Judith “Judy” (Schelander) Smith; also, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins, as well as her lifelong best friend, Andy.
Celebration of Life will be held at 12 PM (noon) on Saturday May 7, 2022 at Lakeside Park in Bayport, Minnesota. Visitation and snacks to follow service.
