Evangeline Jane “Vange” Curtis of Henriette, MN Loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother “Vange,” age 79, passed away May 11, 2014, Mother’s Day. She was born in Belle River, MN to Arnold and Anna Berg Aug. 22, 1934. “Vange” met her husband of 59 years, Keith E. Curtis in Osakis, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arnold and Anna Berg; in-laws, Andrew and Phena Curtis; brothers, Darrol Berg, Robert Berg, Leon Berg; sisters, Caroline Berg and Magneline Berg; sister-in-law, Ruth Berg; and brothers-in-law, Myron “Jim” Curtis, Roger Grinstead; and other loved relatives. She is survived by her beloved husband and best friend, Keith; sons, Craig (Sharon), Brent (Terri), Bryce (Melissa); grandchildren, Cassondra (Joshua) Renneke, Neil Curtis, Garret (Elizabeth) Curtis, Jennae Curtis, Jae Curtis, Randi Curtis, Joseph Curtis; great-grandchildren, Jacob and Owen Renneke; sister, Elaine Grinstead; brother, Dennis Berg; sisters-in-law, Ida Berg, Pam Berg, LoRita Curtis, Linda (Gary) Johnson, Bev (Earl) Thompson, Marita Berg; brother-in-law, Leon (Doris) Curtis and many loved nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held May 15, at 11 AM at Saint Michael Catholic Church, 611 3rd St. S., Stillwater, MN with visitation 1 hour before the service.
