Eric A. Moline
Beloved husband, father, relative and friend.
August 12, 1941 to January 19, 2025
Missed on Earth, Welcomed in Heaven.
May he rest in peace. His strength, wisdom, creativity and gentle soul will be fondly remembered and long-lasting.
Don’t think of him as gone away, his journey has taken a different direction. Life holds so many facets; this earth is only one. Now he’s reunited with those that went before. To a place where all will meet again, together evermore.

On behalf of the Atlanta Police Department and the entire APD family, I want to extend our deepest condolences during this time of loss. Mr. Eric Moline was clearly a man who left an incredible impact on his family and loved ones, and his legacy lives on through those who carry his memory.

As Sgt. Andrew Moline’s colleagues, we have come to know the strength, integrity, and compassion that he brings to our team, qualities no doubt influenced by the values his father instilled in him.

Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. We hope you find comfort in the love and support of family, friends, and your community. If there is anything we can do to support you, we are here.

I had the privilege to meet Mr. Moline one time when we both traveled back to Atlanta for Andy’s promotion. His humor and love for his family is what stood out to me. We are praying for you all and thankful for God’s grace and eternal healing.

Eric will be remembered as such a genuine, fun, funny, and caring man. My thoughts and prayers go out to Pinky and Andy. Our family lost a genuinely good person and the world is less bright without him. We love y’all!
