Ella Edwards, age 94, of New Richmond, Wisconsin, formerly of West Hampstead, London, United Kingdom, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2026, at her home. Born on July 19, 1931, in Leeds, Yorkshire, Ella’s life was marked by rich experiences, profound love for nature and animals, and an enduring interest in history, particularly the history of the British Royal Family, which she avidly followed through four monarchies.

The majority of Ella’s cherished memories were created during her time in Australia with her two beloved sons. Her warmth and kindness left a lasting impact on those fortunate enough to know her. Ella was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Daisy Schofield; her loving husband, Frank Edwards; her brother, Kenneth Schofield; and her son, Ian Edwards.

She is survived by her son, John Edwards, and her daughter-in-law, Bridget Edwards; as well as her adopted grandson, Christian Sullivan, and extended family in the area.

Cremation services are being provided by Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services.

In this time of reflection, we remember Ella not only for the memories shared but also for the profound impact she had on the lives of those around her. She will be missed dearly, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
