Elaine H. Johnson, age 101, passed away Thursday, March 20, 2025.
Elaine is survived by her children, Joy Ann (Charles) O’Connell and Randal (Tammi) Johnson; grandchildren, Alison, Megan, Amy, Kevin, Austin and Chad; great grandchildren, Fiona, Kinsley, Finnley, Zoey, Brayden, Camden, Eason, Noah, Colin, Audrey and Clara; and siblings, Georgine Moelter and Sharon Breugger.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Mabel Armbruster; daughter, Janice Harris; siblings, Delphine Johnson, Mildred Winger, Leroy Armbruster, Gerald Armbruster and Dean Armbruster.
A memorial service was held Saturday, April 5, 2025, at 12:00PM at Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services (805 E Division St) River Falls, Wisconsin with visitation starting at 10:00AM. Interment is in St. Bridget Cemetery. Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services.

I met Elaine when I was the Laundry Aide at Comforts Of Home. She was such a Sweet Woman. Ialso knew her Brother Dean. He was a Neighbor of mine. I’m so sorry for your Family’s loss. May Elaine Rest In Peace.
Elaine became my 2nd Mom when Jan & I got married in 1973. She is one of the precious people who helped mold our boys, her grandsons Chad & Austin, into the caring grown men they are today.
We all enjoyed so many happy & loving years together during the 70’s, 80’s & 90’s which was a time in my life that i really miss.
Seeing her and being with her & Del during all those years being part of this wonderful family brings to the surface so many great memories, too. To this day & beyond, you are truly missed!
