Edmond Wasson 11/11/2025

Edmond Joseph Wasson, age 77 of New Richmond, WI, died on Tuesday, November 11, 2o25 at his home in New Richmond.  Ed was born the son of Ronald and Marie (Campeau) Wasson on November 2, 1948 in New Richmond, WI.  He was raised by his grandparents, Henry and Alvina Campeau.  He graduated from New Richmond High School and joined the USMC on December 26, 1968.  Ed married Roseanna Searl on October 21, 1981.  They were blessed with two children, Joey and Rachel Wasson who blessed him with 2 grandchildren, Daylin Wider and Erma Belle Floyd.  He was welcomed into Heaven by his father, mother, step-father and extended family.  Ed is survived by his son, Joey Wasson; daughter, Rachel (Maurice) Floyd; grandchildren, Daylin Wider and Erma Belle Floyd; and Rachel’s dog, Luna.  A Celebration of Ed’s Life was held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 from 4-7 pm at Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services 728 S Knowles Avenue New Richmond, WI.  Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services.
