Darrell Gottfried Berg, 73, of New Richmond Wisconsin was born on September 2, 1942 and passed away on February 6, 2016 peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones. He was a strong man with a gentle soul, loved deeply by all. Above all else Darrell loved his family and they share many memories of things he loved, hunting, fishing, and his woodworking. He will be greatly missed but always remembered. Darrell leaves to celebrate his memory: wife, Jacqueline Berg; daughter Kelli (Tim) Weeks; son Darrell (Krista) Berg Jr.; daughter Christine (Jacobson) Berg; and son Wesley (Christine) Berg Sr. Grandchildren: Jeremy and Tyler Weeks; Lexxus and Keisha Berg; Zachary, Blake and Garrett Jacobson; Wesley Jr., Tanner, MaKayla, Mya, and Carlos Berg. Great-grandchildren: Tyson and Merrick Weeks, Brylee and Melanie Jacobson, and Vivian (Berg) Serres. Sister, Charlotte Lundeen and Brother, Robert Berg. A Memorial Service for Darrell will be held on Saturday February 20th at 1:00 pm at Zion Lutheran Church, 78389 Bergman St., Markville, MN 55072. Following the service the family invites their guests to join them for lunch and fellowship at the church.
