Cindy J. Bowe, age 66, died on Thursday, August 1, 2024 surrounded by her loving family in New Richmond. She was born the daughter of Jerome and Ruth Hartman in Jim Falls, Wisconsin on August 10, 1957. Cindy grew up in Jim Falls and graduated from High School in Chippewa Falls, class of 1975. She married Philip Bowe in Jim Falls, WI at Sacred Heart Church on October 9, 1976. Cindy worked many different jobs, but mostly raised her three children. She loved playing guitar and singing as well as camping, swimming, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a loving caregiver and soft-spoken (most of the time).
Cindy is preceded in death by her parents, Jerome and Ruth Hartman; brother-in-law, Rob Jackson; sister-in-law, Sheree Hartman. She is survived by her husband, Philip; children, Scott (Nicole); Brent (Megan); Stephanie (Dan) Pasowicz; grandchildren, Austin, Lauren, and Charlee; siblings, Nancy Jackson, Terry (Jane) Hartman, Gary Hartman; and many relatives and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 11:00AM at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (151 S Washington St New Richmond WI 54017) with a visitation starting at 9:30. Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services.

I am so sorry for your loss in my childhood. She was a great part of it. We sing many weddings and churches in our time she will be dually missed but heaven has a new singer.

We are former neighbors (in Ward’s Addition in the 1980’s) of Cindy, Phil, Scott, and Brent before Stephanie was born. Cindy was a wonderful person and one of the nicest we ever knew. Our sympathy to you all.
