Brian R. Bergstrom, age 74 of River Falls, WI, passed away in his home on December 9th 2025. Brian was born in grand Forks, ND on April 17, 1951. He graduated from Duluth East High School with the class of 1969. He served in US Navy for 4 years as a Aviation Machinist’s Mate. Brian was married to Lynn Grozdanich in 1971. They were blessed with 3 children, AnnMarie, Christopher, and Erin Bergstrom. He is preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Lois (Lund) Bergstrom; sister, Sandra Bergstrom; son, Christopher Bergstrom; and daughter, Erin Bergstrom. Brian is survived by wife, Lynn Bergstrom; daughter, AnnMarie( Joshua) Weiss; brothers, Robin ( Denise) Bergstrom, Kevin (Gale) Bergstrom; and his grandchildren, Memphis and Bella Weiss. Brian will be laid to rest with Honors in Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services.

Lynn and Ann Marie, I am Brian’s cousin, daughter of Lyle and Winne Lund. Lois Bergstrom was my Dad’s sister. I was saddened to learn from Denise of Brian’s passing. We did not live close when we were growing up, but I do have fond memories of the times we spent together. May you be surrounded by the God of All Comfort as you celebrate Brian’s life and mourn his death. Please accept my sincere condolences.
I am William Lund and Lois Bergstrom (Brian’s mom) was my Dad’s sister. I fondly remember Brian in our interactions in Duluth. My condolences to his wife Lynn, his daughter AnnMarrie, and their entire family.
