Audrey Johansen

Audrey Lorraine [Johnson] Johansen, January 6, 1929 – September 12, 2019, age 90, of New Richmond, WI, formerly of St Paul (class of ’46, Johnson High School) and Woodbury, MN.  She died peacefully after battling cancer at Westfield’s Hospital in New Richmond, WI.

Preceded in death by her husband, Sanford [Spike] of 71 years; her parents, Robert Winfield and Theresa Lillian Timmons Johnson; beloved son, Robert; and sister, Marjorie Johnson Granheim.   She is survived by her daughters: Susan [Carol] Johansen, Patti Johansen, Kay [PJ] Forsythe, Linda [Chuckie Jr] Nutzmann. Nine grandchildren: Paul [Jeanne] Halliwill, Keith [Ashley Lepinski, Carrie [Kenny] Jordan, Thomas [Rachel] Forsythe, Steven [Sarah] Forsythe, Kaitlyn [Daniel] Tobritzhofer, Tracy [Chad] Dewitt, Nicole [Zachary] Cramer, and Jonathon Nutzmann.  Eight great-grandchildren: Trevor and Dylan Halliwail, Sophie Lepinski, Killian Forsythe, Hunter Tobritzhofer, and Cidney, Christian and Chayse Dewitt; also numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday September 21, 2019 at the First Lutheran Church in New Richmond. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to service at the church. Luncheon immediately following funeral service at the church. Family requests donations to Lakeview Health Foundation [hospice] in lieu of flowers.
