Kathryn Brusewitz

Kathryn Helen Brusewitz, age 78, passed away on January 18, 2017 surrounded by her loving family in Stillwater, Minnesota. Kathryn was born on April 1, 1938 to Raymond and Elsie Maag in Faribault, Minnesota. In 1956 she graduated from North High School in Minneapolis, then went on to Concordia College in St. Paul, graduating in 1959.

Kathryn was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Janice Vandeveer. She is survived by her beloved husband, JJ Brusewitz; children, Richard (Sandy) Brusewitz, Jason (Susan) Brusewitz, Konnie (Mark) Harstad; grandchildren, Megan, Andrew (Ashley), Krista, Brad, Brinley; and great grandchild, Beckham. Kathryn is also survived by her brothers, James Maag, and Charles (Nancy) Maag.

Funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Monday January 23, 2017 at the Woodbury Lutheran Church 7380 Afton Road Woodbury, Minnesota 55125. Visitation will be held for two hours prior to service at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to The Lutheran Hour.
