T. Mary Fusilier 11/04/2012

Taylor Mary Fusilier age 95 of River Falls died Sunday, November 4, 2012 at Our House Assisted Living.  She was born in Eunice, LA on July 8, 1917.  She lived there until June 26, 1954 when she married Ozman J. Fusilier, D.D.S. and moved to Clarkston, MI.  Upon O.J.’s retirement, they moved to North Ft. Myers, FL.  In 1996, they moved to River Falls, WI to be near family.  Taylor Mary graduated from St. Edmund’s High School in Eunice, LA and attended college in Louisiana State Normal College in Natchitoches, LA   She was a homemaker and her greatest joy was having her family around her and keeping up with their lives and accomplishments.  Reading, cooking, and going out to lunch with her good friend, Bev Gutierrez were passions she enjoyed.  Taylor Mary was a faithful member of St. Bridget’s Catholic Church in River Falls, WI.  Many thanks to “Our House” assisted living facility, River Falls, WI, Adoray Hospice of Baldwin, WI and St. Bridget’s Catholic Church, River Falls, WI for all their care and compassion shown to Mary. (Memorials to previously named charities)  She was preceded in death by her Mother, Rehna LaFleur Ford, Son, “Snookie” DeMoss, Stepson Ronald Fusilier, and husband Ozman.   Survived by Stepsons, Charles (Marilyn) Fusilier, Manchester, MI, Wallace (Bene) Fusilier, Chelsea, MI.  Daughters, Mary (Warren) Beers, Sebewaing, MI, Marcelline Fusilier, Kuwait.  Son, Joseph (Theresa) Fusilier, River Falls, WI. 10 Grandchildren, 12 Great-Grandchildren and one Great-Great-Grandchild.  Memorial Mass of Christian Burial was held Saturday, November 10, 2012 at 10:00 am at St. Bridget’s Catholic Church in River Falls.  Cremation services provided by Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services of River Falls.
