Dear Howard, Kathy, Randy & family, Thinking fondly of you all and, of course, Garda. She lives in my heart as a kind and graceful example. So patient with our elder generation. Always there (with Howard) for Hazel and Ad and the Larsen/Olson girls :). Many exciting memories of overnight visits to see Kathy and those 4th of July’s on the farm. I can taste Mildred’s lemonade, Hazel’s chocolate cake, the flote grot, scalloped potatoes, rolls and Ad’s hand-churned ice cream now. How lucky and important to have such a big extended family during those growing up years, and Garda is a big part of those sweet times. Sending our love and hoping happy memories bring joy to your hearts. The picnic is growing in heaven! Love you, Sue
