Lynelle Osterbauer 12/18/2017

Lynelle Kay Osterbauer, age 53, of River Falls passed away on Monday, December 18, 2017 at Our Lady of Peace Hospice in St. Paul. She was born the daughter of Cameron and Elizabeth Hanson on February 8, 1964 in St. Croix Falls. Lynelle was the Valedictorian of her 1982 graduating class from Osceola High School. She attended Golden Valley Lutheran College and on November 19, 1983, she married Gregory A. Osterbauer at Elim Lutheran Church in Scandia, MN. Lynelle worked for West Publishing in St. Paul and Motor Books in Osceola. She also worked for Scoping (proofreading for court reporting), sold life insurance and as data entry for Helgeson Typing. First and foremost, Lynelle was mother to her 3 children. She enjoyed learning and studying about health and nutrition. Lynelle loved family get togethers, walks outdoors and listening to music. She is survived by her husband, Gregory A. Osterbauer; children, Marjorie (Caleb) Stroman, Gregory C. Osterbauer, Geoffrey L. Osterbauer; mother, Elizabeth Hanson; siblings, Debbie (Terry) Christensen, Cynthia Murray, David (Karen) Hanson; other cherished family and friends. Lynelle was preceded in death by her father, Cameron Hanson. A memorial service was held Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 10:00 am at Assembly of God Church (605 Valley View Dr.) in River Falls. Visitation was held Friday, December 22, 2017 from 4-7 pm at Bakken-Young Funeral Home (805 E Division St.) in River Falls and on Saturday from 9:30-10:00 am at the church.  Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services of River Falls.

    Hi Gregory I’m so sorry to here about Lynn’s passing she is comfortable now with no pain and the great part is she with Jesus’ Do take care.
