Mary F. Boucher, age 86 of New Richmond, died on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at the St. Croix Health Center. Mary was born the daughter of Albin and Ida Anderson on March 15, 1927 in rural Eastern Minnesota. She was married to Roy Boucher in Stillwater, MN in 1946. They lived in rural Hudson where Mary stayed home and raised their seven boys. After Roy’s death in 1963, the family moved to Boardman, WI, and Mary has been in this area ever since. She was an active member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church and TOPS. Mary enjoyed cooking, baking, and playing Bingo. She loved babysitting her grandchildren, and never turned down an invitation to coffee or a fish fry with family and friends. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her parents, Albin and Ida Anderson; husband, Roy Boucher; son, Steven Boucher; daughter-in-law, Wanda Boucher; siblings, Donald Anderson, Ed Anderson, Gladys (Jim) Fogerty; sister-in-law, Delaine Anderson; and brother-in-law, Robert Vorwald. Mary is survived by her children, Sherman (Jean) Boucher, Quent (Barb) Boucher, Marv (Cheryl) Boucher, Russell Boucher, Micheal (Renee) Boucher, Gary (Oralee) Boucher; grandchildren, Heather (Lester) Langness, Jason Boucher, Amy (Buck) Knutson, Beth (Marshall) Soviak, Holly (Jim) Wolf, Kristy (Sean) Cudd, Sarah (Joe) Hegge, Emily Boucher, Alex Boucher; great-grandchildren, Austin Alderman, Houston Alderman, Kenedy Langness, IsaBella Langness, Tyler Lee, Alyssa Lee, Lilly Knutson, Mackenzie Knutson, Wyatt Wolf, Whitney Wolf, Aaden Cudd, Ian Cudd, Cohen Cudd, Madelyn Hegge, Elijah Hegge; siblings, Curt Anderson, Eunice Vorwald; sister-in-law, Fran Anderson Rehg; and many other relatives and friends. A Funeral Service was held on Monday, July 1, 2013 at 11 am at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in New Richmond. Visitation was also Monday from 10-11 am at the church. Interment was in Hillside Cemetery in Somerset. Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services Beebe Chapel on New Richmond.
