John M. Forsblade age 31 of Knapp, formerly of Forest Lake, MN died Sunday, July 3, 2011 at his home.  He is survived by his wife, Christine; son, Joshua; mother, Hazel; sisters, Marjorie, Diane and Roseanne; brother, Roy; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mark and Claudine Goodrich; nieces, nephews and friends.  John was preceded in death by his father, Roy.  A Funeral Service was held on Friday, July 8, 2011 at 11 am at Immanuel Lutheran Church (2862 210th Ave. Emerald, WI) in Town of Forest, WI.  Visitation was also Friday from 10-11 am at the church.  Interment was in Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery.  Arrangements were with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services of New Richmond.
