Donald Pohl 04/27/2014

Donald J. Pohl age 81 of River Falls died Sunday, April 27, 2014, just 18 days short of his 82nd birthday, at the River Falls Area Hospital.  Don is survived by his daughters, Rita, Renee (Bob) Lange, Robyn Magnuson; 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; Trudi Toland, long-time partner and girlfriend and her family; and ex-wife, Donna Pohl.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Stella Pohl; brother, Eugene Pohl; and sister, Margaret Obermueller.  Don’s family would like to express their appreciation to the River Falls Area Hospital especially Dr. Miller; River Falls Clinic staff, especially Sue; nurses at the hospital; and the staff at Our House, especially Maria and Rebecca.  Memorial Mass of Christian Burial was held Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 11:00 am at St. Bridget Catholic Church in River Falls.  Visitation was also Saturday from 10-11 am at church.  Interment will be at a later date.  Arrangements are with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services of River Falls
